Thermo
- SİM
is
a powdered plaster mixture - ready for use by mixing
with water, applied to the outer fronts of buildings in order
to provide heat insulation. This
product provides up to % 45 HEAT
PROTECTION when applied in
thickness to the outer fronts of the buildings. It saves from
both the heating and the
cooling expenditures in winter and summer respectively by
preventing air entry
inside and outside the building.
HEAT
TRANSFER (HEAT FLOW ) :
is defined as the energy transmission in terms of
heat transfer from its source to the surrounding
medium.
THE HEAT IS TRANSFERRED FROM
HIGH TEMPERATURE COMPONENTS TO RELATIVELY LOW TEMPERATURE
COMPONENTS.
This process can never be stopped but somehow controlled by
slowing down the
process of heat transfer.
Heat Flow takes place in three different ways :
1-)
Heat Conduction
2-)
Heat Convection
3-)
Radiation
The Heat Transfer by Conduction rather takes place in rigid
objects whereas the same process occurs in fluid systems
(liquid or gaseous), and ; finally the radiation, the
third way of transferring heat is emitted through all objects
and hence requires no such
'' heat transferring medium ''
as the solid, liquid and gaseous objects do for the
heat
transfer by Conduction and Convection.
